System: Linux version 2.6.20-16-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

1) open Hierarchy view for Class
2) remove Class from project
3) press Refresh button on Hierarchy view
 ==> Class still is in Hierarchy view.

If Hierarchy view was activated for Class and then this Class was deleted ==> Hierarchy view should be closed or cleared

It is a feature.
Hierarchy survive class changes.
So you can delete class and create again.
Hierarchy view will be refreshable.
