In Netbeans Library Manager, when creating a new library, spaces are not allowed as valid characters. It's a weird
behavior since the libraries automatically loaded by the IDE are allowed to have spaces.

This issue is present in both Netbeans IDE 5.5.1 and 6.0 Build 200709140000.

Reassigning to "projects"...

Built-in libs do not have spaces in their real names either, but they may have localized display names with any chars.
