Find Usage commands prompts a dialog which is unnecessary (many IDE's e.g. Visual Studio don't prompt for such a
dialog). For finding usages, broad settings should be used automatically. The only argument for restrictions would be
time to result which doesn't doesn't seem to vary significantly even in a large project with thousands of files.

I would also say that it should not prompt for options. We need to device a way how to change the options from the results window. The find usages action 
would then reuse the previous options the user can change again in the results window. Or if the current set of options isn't important we can just suppress 
the dialog.

The existing options for find usages look to me like "filter", which we already use in task list window and probably other places. Something simpler could be 
designed for Find usages results if needed.
