1. Start NetBeans
2. Press Run-time Watches icon at the top of the ide

The dialog has a text not from pseudo localized bundle file.
I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.

As designed, won't fix, timers won't be part of the product and need no localization.
