In the Runtime tab, the connection to a jdbc database is lost 
on restarting NB. Here's an example

Database URL	jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/wstxSampleDB;create=true

I created the database connection with the option "Remember Password". 
Expecting that the database would be reconnected without requiring me 
to re-enter the password. But the password does not stick and everytime 
I restart NB I have to reconnect the database, otherwise apps that 
use the database fail.
