XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_GB (nb)

Description:
============
open application action editor in ide
1. invoke new Project wizard
2. choose Netbeans plugin Modules - Module Suite
3. and do create ... 
in a few seconds exception is thrown, IDE seems to get stuck because and Module suite is not created... and if Ide is
restarted with the same, it doesn't start at all then
