I have try about 10 times to download the api documentation 2.25 module from the update center and every time it keeps 
failing to finish or download correctly.

I cannot reproduce this issue. Could you please try it again, I guess it might be related to the interrupted connection.

Since there is no respons from the reporter I am marking as worksforme. Feel free to reopen if the problem appears again.

Marking as Verified because it hasn't appeared to me (and since no new commets from reporter I assume it is no more
reproducible).
