duplicate key with different values in same bundle 
- its not clear which message is correct or which message will be shown at runtime.

please check all bundles;  the items below were found by a search of bundle files
but some might not be found:org-netbeans-modules-autoupdate-ui
SettingsTab.bNew.text=&New
SettingsTab.bNew.text=&Add

SettingsTab.bProxy.text=&Proxy Settings
SettingsTab.bProxy.text=Proxy &Settings

Removed duplicates and also unused keys in bundles.
