build 0706

1. Create Comp App
2. Select the project node
3. Choose Edit Application Configuration from the pop-up menu. The IDE opens the .casa file in the editor. 
4. Drop 'Extarnal' from the Palette->Service Units to the diagram.
5. Open its properties

There are 'some description' and 'Unknown1' labels coming not from pseudo localized bundle file.
I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.
