Since adding parameters is supported in Test REST Services app, it would be nice to also have there a possibility to
remove them.

In addition, if the subresource is also a top-level resource, we plan to generate some mapping information so we can
look up the parameter info from the wadl in order to generate a more user-friendly form.

Making this a subtask of IZ 123412 since there is now subresource information in the wadl.
