JDK1.3 Build 1152 or 1153

Steps:
1. Open text editor on arbitrary file
2. Enter some Japanese text (using Japanese input methods)
3. Press Ctrl+Z
4. This results into some garbage text inserted into editor.

This is probably duplicate of issue #6258. Please, reopen this bug if
