If I select a web service reference in the project pane and hit "delete", it ask
me to confirm the delete twice.  The firs time is in a dialog that says "Confirm Object
Deletion" and has Yes/No answers.  The second time is in a dialog that says Question and
has Yes/No/Cancel answers.
