have Basic IDE + Enterprise + SOA

-create a web project
-create a ws client in it
-open and close edit ws attribute dialog (from context menu of ws client node)

=> am-deploy.xml file is created and imported in build.xml, but an import should be placed in build-impl.xml. There's
already an API for this (see issue 93509)

You mean ant-deploy.xml, right? That's been fixed.

No, I really mean am-deploy.xml... Maybe identity will be right component...

This is too risky to fix for fcs.  Will address it for 6.1.
