Build 070610.
Open a NetBeans module project.  Open a GUI form inside the project.  Switch to the code editor.

The palette remains open, showing contents "Google" and "StrikeIron".  This stuff is completely useless in 
a NetBeans module project.  The palette should close as it did before.

Or, if we are really sure that this is the right behavior and it has to be this way, perhaps it could dock into 
the right sliding side.  At any rate, it being left behind after you edit a gui form is a bug.
