the date that a plugin was built is often very useful for determining how
relevant the plugin still is.  how about including the build date as a tooltip
for the installed/available version number cells?  or in the cells themselves?

rationale: 3rd-party plugin repositories may not be as diligent in ensuring
their listed plugins are up to date.

I'm wonder about this RFE also I'm guessing that build date is useful rather
that specification version because a ability to sort by date, show newest, etc.
If time  allow me I would like to impl. in NB6 or next release after.
