'horizontal center' alignment moves elements' centers to one vertical line.
'vertical center' alignment moves elements' centers to one horizontal line.

looks like labels should replaced.

P2 because as a result user looses one of important diagram components - correct
layout.

steps:
- put two classes on class diagram.
- invoke 'align | horizontal center'
elements will be aligned to one vertical line.

Based on small research, 'horizontal center' is used in the same meaning as
'horizontal_alignment=center' in some languages.

But in our case, based on statistics, it will be understood incorrectly (like
centering on the same horizontal line).

This should be enough to change the name not to confuse users.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.

alignment tool has not yet been implemented in 6.5.
