Debug dialog needs editor for Arguments and Environment fields,
Project | Properties | Running node has these editors,
these two should be consistant.

I don't think the Arguments field needs an editor. It is just plain text and you
can just type/paste text into the textfield. The matching property in Running
profile does have an 'editor' but it is just a text window allowing you to
type/paste in and doesn't add editing values beside what's available in a
textfield. It is added automatically to all textfields.

I will add an editor for env variables.

now debug section does not contain such fields
