In the WebSphere MQ BC WSDL editor, when the user types in the MQ password in
'mq:address -> password', the password is not masked. 

In addition, when examining the resulting .wsdl file, the password is also
unencrypted.

MQ BC is not part of Nb 6.1 -> waived.
