NetBeans IDE release: NetBeans 6.0 M9 build #0704250000
OS: WinXP, Solaris 10

If USER-HOME-DIR contains several directories with previous NB settings (version
5.0, 5.5.1rc1,...), NB 6.0 will be able to import only NB 5.0 settings. Settings
of other NB versions (5.5.1, 5.5.1rc1) are ignored.

Not true. NB imports from .netbeans/5.5.1,.netbeans/5.5,.netbeans/5.0,.Creator/2_1 and offers you just the highest
version to import - which is intention - WONTFIX

Verified - not reproduced.
