070413. As mentioned in issue #100806, after merge of the new Plugin Manager, I
seem to have no update centers whatsoever displayed. Yet I have e.g.

org.netbeans.modules.extraupdatecenters [1.8 070223]

installed as always.

Fixed by deleting

config/Preferences/org/netbeans/modules/autoupdate.properties
config/Services/AutoupdateType/

...and choosing Refresh List.

It doesn't look as a bug in Autoupdate. Only one UC is created from method, rest
of UC are created by readObject. It's weird. Autoupdate assumes that all UC are
created from method. I'll discuss with Radek why some settings are recognized as
createFromMethod and some not.
