After creating an ejbmodule project, the sun-ejb-jar.xml does not get created.

What spec version was the project created to support? J2ee 1.4 or Java EE 5

The spec version is JavaEE 5.

the file isn't supposed to be created in this case.

This is not a p1 issue given the current description and summary.
