From Explorer New->Class->(select a class) then
New from Template - Customize superclass and interface dialog is opened.
In this dialog, the button name 'Add' remains in English on Japanese 
Release 2.0 Build1161.

Won't fix for 3.2 - those Wizard screens were completely rewritten and 
replaced.
