reproducible in all-nbms-griffin-070130_5.
reproducible with java 1.6.0 only.
became available for testing after fix of issue 81823

If user selects/deselects 'Diagrams' node checkbox in Filter Dialog, subnodes'
checkboxes are not selected/deselected automatically, how it works with java 1.5
