If you have a method in a class that overrides a method from its super class / interface and that has no javadoc of its own, no javadoc is shown for it in the javadoc popup. In this case, IMO, it would make sense to show the javadoc from the method it overrides so that you don't need to navigate to the overridden method to view the javadoc. There could be something like 'description copied from interface: ...' in the popup.
