Bow build #6.

It is usual for ctrl+x allow only one ctrl+v(paste) operation, but in
UML Workspace user can do any number of paste operations which moves
selected elements in new area again and again.
It is bad by next reasons:
1. It should work in the same way as filesystems tree.
2. It should work as it implemented in most application which moves
objects similar to files.
