Description:
IDE allows to invoke 'Generate Dependency Diagram' from Relationships
(Associations, Aggregations, Generalization nodes etc.), but 
invoked Action has no result.

steps:
- create uml project with class diagram.
- put two classes on diagram and name them.
- add 'navigable Aggregation' link between classes.
- open context menu for Aggregation link.
'Generate Dependency Diagram' can be invoked but has no result.
Actually it should be disabled.

very minor issue with no side effects, context menu isn't overloaded also (7 items)
