Profiler agent identification file <portnumber> created in $HOME/.nbprofiler or <sysvol>\Documents and Settings\<username>\.nbprofiler isn't sometimes deleted after terminating the agent. This mostly happens when the agent is killed. This behavior causes serious problems when starting web/app servers for profiling (Start in Profiling Mode or Profile Project) leading to server startup failure on initial STATE_INACTIVE of Profiler agent. The user has no chance to find the problem cause and fix it.
Before starting new profiling session for J2EE any existing Profiler agent on the port is killed and its identification file is deleted. Fixed in trunk.
Fix merged into release55 branch.
