since last two paragraprhs of http://core.netbeans.org/proposals/dnd-ui-spec.html
are applicable also on folders (folders can be cut(copy)-pasted and DnD from ide
to filemanager, it would be nice to provide the same also for packages. 

Currently is necessary in order to copy some package to switch to files view and
select folder(package)

Java Nodes must provide appropriate PasteType - please feel free to reassign.
