I have defined 2 libraries A and B (B depends on A) in the library manager and defined a project P that depends on B. Each time I go to a class from B (Ctrl+click) the IDE underlines classes from A as if they are unknown.
The LibraryManager has no notion of library dependency. If you go to source of library B it's classpath is (default platform's boot path, and the library itself). I am changing this to the enhancement requiring dependency among libraries.
Of course it is an enhancement. I just forgot to change the issue type.
