[1133CE] jdk1.3.0-fcs ============= Step to reproduce: ------------------ You need 1 CVS repository and 2 CVS Workings over the repository e.g. A.Mount CVS w3 1...choose w3 as a Working dir 2...set the Relative Mount Point to any subdirs eg. raz ('cause than you don't need to fill your configuration of a repository;) 3...set the Repository (it should be filled from prev. step "r2") 4....finish B.Mount CVS w2 imediately !!! dtto for A. C.CVS settings for w3 1.check if the working dir points to w3 2.check if the Rel.MP raz 3.remove Relative Mount Point "raz" 4.OK D.CVS settings for w2 1.check if the working dir points to w2 !!! 2.check if the Rel.MP raz !!!!!! 3.probably at D1 will point to ...w2/raz 4.and Rel.MP will be empty -----
[Pilsen-010201_1CE]; import from [Pilsen-010116CE]... this contain imported project from boston jdk1.3.1-b14 sun rh70,Linux 2.2.16-22smp i686 ======================================================== Today it happend I reproduce this bug only with one FS. But there were other circumstances: I've import project and settings from older build. Steps to reproduce: ------------------- 1. run older ide (FFJ20 aka boston or Pilsen-010116CE) 2. mount 2 or 3 CVS FS 3. close ide 4. delete working directories of CVS FS (from other tool) (5)not neccesseary. star again ide and just close it. ------ 6. install newer ide (eg. Pilsen-010201_1CE) 7. using cmd-line "import" utility import project from older ide 8. runide 9. mount new CVS FS, probably your selection of working will be transfered to the nearest possible folder of previous working. There go to very very diferent folder and here create new working. 10.set relative mount point 11.imediately after mounting CVS FS, go to the CVS Settings... --- If you're succeed, your Rel.MountPoint will be attached to working. ---------- Note 1. for all testing data I've used src_modeles from NetBeans.org site Note 2. Because of easy reproducability I'm rising Priority and Severity to P4 S:Normal
Automaticaly changed Version from "Other" to "Dev" Version "Other" is nonsence
Version: 'Dev' -> 3.2
