The license text in the following Bundle properties are not started by # 

projects/projectuiapi/src/org/netbeans/modules/project/uiapi/Bundle.properties

/* */ is used as comment, but it should use # as comment in propertile file.

I'm not sure the exact bug component/category for this issue. So I filed to
general "projects". Please change it to proper component if necessary.
