Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
en_US (nb); Cp1252

GridBagLayout customizer doesn't work. User is only able to move components
around, but any other GBL settings cannot be changed and also changes cannot be
saved.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create JPanel
2) Change layout to GridBagLayout
3) Add couple of components to panel
4) Open GBL customizer and change any settings for any components -> doesn't do
anything.

I am sorry I am not able to reproduce this issue.
Feel free to reopen if you are still able to reproduce it,
but try to provide additional information in such a case.
