The Properties->Run menu should allow for the setting of environment variables
as well as working directory and command-line arguments.  For example when
working with native libraries it is sometimes necessary to set PATH (Win32) or
LD_LIBRARY_PATH (*nix).  The underlying ant task supports this but there is no
way of specifying environment variables in the GUI.
