When Servers/Bundled Tomcat (5.5.9) is selected in the Runtime window, the
Properties windows shows nothing besides http://localhost:8084/.
If you right click on the Bundled Tomcat (5.5.9) and choose Properties the
Server Manager window from the Tools menu is opened.

This is inconsistent as both things are called Properties. The most intuitive
solution would be to display the contens of the Server Manager window in the
Properties window if tomcat is selected.

Alternatively Properties in the context menu should read Server Manager.
