We'll analyse all the error and close the bug when we fell ready for 5.5.
Remaining warnings are OK.

I am going to convert this into a task against the v3 code...  The v2 plugin is headed for maint. only status. we won't
change code in that plugin to respond to flagged items, "just to lower the count".
