give the option to user to specify , what  the color of Key words , background ,... be in Code complete pop-up is let them to have same filling that they already had in using other IDEs.
for example in delphi , colors for code complitor is diffrence with netbeans and in netbeans diffrent with IDEA...

This is in fact a bug!! 
Reasoning..
The current behavior is to inherit from the operating system scheme.  If that scheme uses a dark color as a background, EG high contrast mode in windows, then the background of code complete will also be that dark color.  Most often, this dark color is black, which means that, because certain text is also black, code complete will just show up as a big black mess which is hard to read.

If there is this problem for 7 years then it's probably P4.
