'Scanning Project Classpaths' progress bar sometimes stays opened in status bar.
I found it mostly stays there after open project and build project actions
called in sequence.

In case of CVS commands progress bar is indicating activity even though the
command has already finished. (windows platform - see attached picture)

I tried it serveral times and was unable to reproduce it.
