WebSphere verion of issue 60591.

Steps to reproduce
- Add WebSphere server
- Create New EJB Module using WebSphere server as default
- Create New Session Bean. Leave all the default values.
- Try to build the project
- RESULT: Build would be failed. javax.ejb.* package can't be found, etc.

Updated since the issue is fixed for 4.1
