Build 20050826-0340

1) Have a WebApp with Struts support
2) Use html:errors tag in JSP
3) Invoke CC on any attribute (except 'property')
4) ERROR:
Common html:errors help topic is opened in CC help window instead of specific
attribute help. Only 'property' attribute has the right topic.
