Build 200508211800

1) Have WebApp with Struts support
2) struts-config.xml | editor context menu | Struts | Add Action
3) ERROR
Action should be non-editable (only list box). If you edit it nothing will
happen on Add.

It's about Location - Action, Forward To - Action should be left editable (combo
box) as it is now.

Sorry ... applies to Struts | Add Forward (not Add Action)!
