We should upgrade the internal Tomcat server from version 5.5.7. to 5.5.9 if
possible because it solves this critical bug:
http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=26135

Among other things, this should fix this issue indirectly
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=62529 because at the bottom of
the Tomcat issue they mention it.
