dev build 200504141800

Project properties -> Libraries -> Compile-time libraries needs an optional
horizontal scrollbar to show up. All the JAR files in my web application
web-inf/lib show up with extremely lost paths and it is impossible to make them
fit on the screen or figure out the filename component.

BTW: there should be tooltips for those names.
