Build 200504171930

1) Have a Web project on 1.5 JDK with 1.5 source level
2) Project's properties | Libraries
3) Change Java platform to 1.4
4) Dialog "Change Java Platform" appears
5) ERROR:
text is not consistent with Java Project (see attached screenshot in issue 57946).

BTW: UI spec is still not up-to-date. Jano could you please update it? Thanks.
