All of the generated targets for free-form projects point to
http://www.netbeans.org/kb/articles/freeform-config-40.html. Should point to
http://www.netbeans.org/kb/41/freeform-config.html.

BTW: web debug target has right link.

I think it should be P2 or fix-in-41 P3 (it could be quite confusing to read 4.0
documentation), ... Milane?
