1) Invoke Wizard JavaFreeform
2) Add at least 2 source roots (wizard page 4)
3) Go to 5th page - Java Sources Classpath
4) CHANGE:
Separate Classpath checbox should be off by default.

Note: I've talked about it with TomasZezula and we both agreed that it is more
often used option. What's your opinion Jano?

I agree. The common classpath should be the default.
