1) Open the "New EJB Module with Existing Sources"
2) Enter a location that contains several source folders
3) Press Next
4) Remove one of the detected source folders
5) Press Back and then Next
ERROR: the removed source folder is again contained in the "Sources Package
Folders" list.

Issue 54255 is about Freeform. Web/Java Project with Existing Sources works fine.
