Build 200501271900

1) Have a Web freeform project
2) Open project's context menu
3) ERROR - it differs from UI spec
- 'Set Main Project' should be 'Set as Main Project'
- remove 'Open Required Projects'
- add 'Delete'
- add 'Tools >'

Closing as INVALID. Context menu is provided by Java part of the freeform project.
