For the following directories tree in the explorer
A
|-B

"copy B/paste B over A" does not create a
directory "B2" instead it creates a copy of each
file under B

It is probably "as designed" but not very useful.

Please provide a possibility to duplicate a folder
and a warning dialog for the current copy operation.
