[ JDK VERSION : J2SE 1.5.0 ]

I tried excluding META-INF/context.xml with no 
success. Seems like Content to Exclude in Packaging 
Project has no effect in this file. This lead me to 
manually remove this folder before making it 
available through Internet downloads. 

My reason for excluding context.xml is that I want
deployers being free of renaming deployed 
application context. This could be easily achieved
by renaming the war file, unless exists deploying
information inside it.
