When the debug windows are docked as tabbed panes and you start the debugger, the debug window that was last shown when you last closed the debugger is not shown when you start it again. The Watches window is always initially shown.

If you had another debug window shown (like the Local Variables), then it should be shown when you next start the debugger. It's a waste of time to always have to reconfigure what tabbed windows are shown whenever you start a debugging session.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
